Site reduction and muckaway for new dwelling, garage and roadway. Footings dug and concrete pour completed for trench block to be laid. Drainage, radon sumps and ducting installed, sand blinding prior to membrane installation. Membrane overlaid with steel sheets and concrete pad poured.
